First edit the hitman2.ini file. Add the line Enable Cheats 1 to the end of the file and then save it. You can then enter these codes during gameplay:

ioier	Enable bomb mode.
ioigives	Get all weapons.
ioigrv	Toggles gravity.
ioihitali	Allows you to punch enemies.
ioihitleif	Restores your health.
ioilepow	Enable lethal mode.
ioingun	Turns all guns into nail guns.
ioipower	Mega-weapons.
ioirulez	Enable god mode.
ioislow	Slow motion deaths.
