After the explosion of the plant and the complete energy shut down the mutants cannot be hold back anymore and go on a rampage. Bad for Jack as he has to exit the building through one of the surgery areas.

1. The steam control area
   Jack has to pass through an area where the steam was lead through. But now the controls failed and the steam bursts out into some of the corridors. Only by turning the manual wheels Jack is able to stop the steam and go on.
   
   
    
2. The surgery area
   Here Jack sees with his own eyes what happened to the poor mutated creatures – they implanted them weapons and maybe more. And not a few of these mutants are now angry and are on a killing spree. In the last room Jack meets his first huge mutant alive.
