"I read your review on Robin Hood "The legend of Sherwood forest" and I
disagree with the fact that the fighting in the game is pretty simplistic. I
discovered that once your character is in fighting mode you can actually give
them additional instructions on how to attack. Drawing a circle on the screen
with the mouse will make for example Little John spin around (360 degrees),
excellent strategy if you are surrounded by the enemy. Drawing a forward line on
the screen with the mouse will make the
character launch a forward attack, etc... just try it out." - Hans Eichhorn
"Very engrossing and sometimes difficult game (in a good way). In
addition to the aforementioned moves that can be prompted by drawing lines with
the mouse. In relationship to Robin or any other merry man's position you can
draw a half circle left or right (roundhouse attack), draw a line left or right
(your man stays stationary but makes a wide swing either left or right), or draw
a figure 8 (for an elaborate and deadly attack). It seems the better you draw
your lines the stronger the attack. Also one final note, certain characters can
pick locks but if the door in question is a special part of overall story-line
it may not allow entrance until something else is completed. Overall very
sumptuous visuals, intriguing puzzles, fun attack system and humorous dialogue (i
love it when you hit a guard and he yelps "Ow that hurt!"). Highly recommended." - Modchap
