To enter Cheat Codes, select Options in the main menu (before entering Story 
Mode) and enter one of the following codes:

---------     ----------------------------------------------------
 YAYCARS       Unlocks all cars
 R4MONE        Unlocks all paint jobs
 CONC3PT       Unlocks all concept art
 WATCHIT       Unlocks all movie clips (doesn't work on Gamecube)
 MATTL66       Unlocks all races & mini-games for VS and Arcade
 IF900HP       Same as "MATTL66"
