"When in a battle, if you position cavalry units so they're facing
perpendicular to the direction of the enemy, when the enemy charge order those
cavalry to attack them at the last second. The leader will circle round and your
cavalry unit will surround most of the enemy group" - Crusader
"Instead of sending one assasin in at a time here and there, build an entire
army in peacetime, preferably in a province devoted to the task with an upgraded
tavern to give them extra stars of skill. Then before a large battle send them
all in at the highest ranking general (usually a prince)and watch as your
several assasins witht their 10% chances of success finally beat the odds and
one of them kill the general in question. At 100 bucks a pop, the effect of
robbing an enemy army of its morale and skilled general (for the auto battle
where his number of stars are compared to that of your best attacking general)
is made without the extra 100s of expensive soldiers of yours who would have
fallen to defeat the same general." - Sir Reveller
"When attacking or defending place archers and siege weapons on high
terrain to get that extra distance. When the cpu attacks your position you will
cut him down way before his own archers get in range. Also, use your generals
smartly dont put your 6 star general under your 2 star king unless your general
is very, very unloyal. Put generals in your armies in order, powerful generals
should have lesser subordinates just in case your general falls his captains and
majors can take full command. Just dont let your general fall." - Sun_Tzu
