So anyways I recently purchased sudden strike II off the internet and I haven't got it yet, but I have gotten the privilege to play it at my rich friend's house. I was surprised at some of the changes that were made to the game in order to make it more realistic. I played the USSR campaign and storming into the suburbs of Berlin was the greatest experience I have ever had! Finally shells from tanks, long-range artillery, and fieldguns can kill infantry as compared to sudden strike forever where it took two shots from a field gun to kill 1 infantryman. I was at first disappointed when I saw the explosions, I think they're worse than in the first sudden strike. But the graphics scenery and gameplay is certainly a good reason to buy this 2 year old game! After blowing through four missions of the USSR campaign I realized that Sudden Strike II USSR campaign was so Russian in the sense that they threw away so many troops I was almost seigering at assigning mass numbers of infantry a number and marchem them straight at fortified artillery positions and yelling "FOURTH BATTALION! MARCH!" and having the 101st cavalry division support it. I can't wait to get the game so I can play online with my friend." - Masta Snip
