"The combat "terrain" is essentially non-existent and the combat itself sets
is a joke. Skip it" - JJB
"Given what the game offers it is a disappointment. Graphics are on a
level with Caesar I. The toughness of the other tribes is laughable. In this
game, the Roman "Legion" couldn't conquer a city block, let alone an empire!" - rzed
"True, the graphics are simple and dated and there could have been more
depth of play. I however, found Legion to be highly addictive and a challenge to
master the formations and tactics. If you are an old school gamer circa the
Commodore 64 era you should be able to get past the subpar visuals and enjoy the
game for what it is, a deceptively simplistic chess-like strategy game." - Modchap
"Legion is a good game. The graphics are good as well as the combat. The game
is hard and I don't advise this your first strategy game. But otherwise it's
great." - kaiser
