"This game has the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Only an act of god will let you speak to someone in person. When you email them a question, their answer is never any help. My dog can answer better than they can. After two years I had to reinstall windows on my computer. I asked for a download from them to keep playing their game and they told me they were not liable for lost downloads or disks. It was up to me to find a way to reload their game on my computer. I took this as an insult and immediately cancelled my subscription. After two years of paying they could at least send me a copy or at the very least let me download a copy of it. I was flabbergasted at their reply. I had seen the bad reviews but I guess you have to experience it for yourself to actually believe it. I am now trying SecondLife and it is alot more enjoyable even their customer support. From my experience DO NOT GET EA GAMES!!" - lost

"I actually played this game for a year..wasted year at that..they recently added more skills to the already 10 skill points you had to get to make decent money..so now they go to 20 points..and it takes 45-50 Real life hours to max a skill now..you get 20 locks..so if you try and get another skill after you have one maxed..it decays..and at a rapid pace..meaning wasted time..doesnt leave time for fun anymore in the game and 90% of your sims time is spent skilling..really sucks..I gave up my account because of that. The hilarious part is the die hard players..LIKE to skill..the only thing fun about skilling is going AFK and racing to the PC to hit the button before your sim times out!! I refuse to pay $10 bucks for a month of watching my sim read a book, talk into a mirror, or play a piano for countless hours at a time. Skilling was already a waste of time but to add MORE?? I dont get it. Dont waste your time on it..there are other games that are far more fun if you look!" - anonymous
