Level 19

1. Walk forward.
2. Chase after the terrorist that you will see running away to the right.
3. Follow him up the stairs and then down the hallway.
4. Follow the hallway to the right and then go up the stairs.
5. Go through the door on the right.
6. Climb up the ladder you see directly ahead.
7. Exit the door at the top of the ladder.
8. Head for the door that says "Strong Winds".
9. Go through the door and crawl under the fan.
10. Climb down the ladder to the catwalk.
11. Go out the door in the middle.
12. Take two rights and enter through the door marked "Generator Room".
13. You will see a hostage on the left.
14. Talk to the hostage, and take him through the door on the far left side of the room.
15. Go out the other door in the room to exit the level.

Level 20

1. Follow the hostage through the glass door and talk to him when he stops.
2. You will find that the hostage is really Hans, and must escape when he calls in backup.
3. Leave the room through the glass door.
4. Go through the wooden door on the right.
5. Go through the door on the opposite side of the room.
6. Go through the next door.
7. Turn left and go through the glass door on your right.
8. Go through the wooden door behind the glass.
9. Go through the glass door on the right.
10. Go through the next door on the right.
11. Go through the wooden door on the opposite side of the room.
12. Go through the second door on the left.
13. Head right towards the glass door and shoot it out.
14. Go through the door and then through the next wooden door.
15. Go through the wooden door on the left to exit the level.

Level 21

1. Head left into the library and then listen in on Han's conversation.
2. Go through the double wooden door on the left.
3. Stay to the right along the outside wall.
4. Go through the double doors on the left.
5. Enter the hallway on the left.
6. Follow the hallway as it turns right, right, and then left.
7. Go through the double doors on the right at the end of the hallway.
8. Follow the trail of blood on the floor - it will lead you to the elevator lobby.
9. Go through the door on the right.
10. Enter the men's room on your right.
11. Grab the medkits to fix your feet and you will exit the level.
