Level 16

1. Head left to the hallway.
2. Go left through the double doors.
3. Go left towards the glass double doors.
4. Go through the doors and then head right through the next door.
5. Climb up the shelf to the vent grate.
6. Use your lighter to see.
7. Crawl through the vent until you reach the room with the three switches on the wall.
8. Pull the top and bottom switches.
9. Go through the vent near the switches.
10. Crawl through the vent until you are just outside the bathroom.
11. Go through the grate and into the bathroom.
12. Exit the bathroom and go through the double doors on the right.
13. Go left through the next set of double doors.
14. Go through the door ahead into the filing room.
15. Go down the middle aisle of cabinets.
16. Climb the ladder on the right.
17. Crawl along the ceiling until it breaks under you.
18. You'll surprise Franco and two terrorists - kill them all.
19. Go through the door on the right, just past the refrigerator.
20. Go through the door on the left and exit the level.

Level 17

1. Head right towards the wooden door.
2. Go through the glass door on the other side of the room.
3. Go straight for the terrorist looking out the window.
4. After the cutscenes, walk back towards the elevator shaft near the glass door.
5. Activate the button to open the elevator door.
6. Activate the C4 on the chair and push it toward the shaft.
7. Drop the chair down the shaft.
8. Move away from the shaft to avoid the explosion.
9. Go through the glass door to the right of the elevator.
10. Go through the wooden door across the room.
11. Take the second door on the left to exit the level.

Level 18

1. Immediately show the SWAT team your badge or you will be killed.
2. Head left and then take another left.
3. Go through the Japanese doors.
4. Head right through the next Japanese door.
5. Go down the hallway to the large room.
6. Take the hallway on the left side of the room.
7. Go down the hallway and and into the next room underneath the stairs.
8. Climb up the stairs and head right.
9. At the end of the hallway, go through the double doors into the pool area.
10. Stay low to use the wall for cover and head left.
11. Go down the blue tile hallway and down the stairs to the locker room.
12. Turn right past the lockers and head out the door.
13. Go through the third door on the right into the women's locker room.
14. When you see the mirror on your right, turn left and head up the stairs.
15. Follow the hallway back to the pool area.
16. Take the second left past the hot tub.
17. Head down the stairs on your left and follow the hallway.
18. Go through the door to the next room and into the hallway on the other side of the room.
19. Take the door at the end of the hallway.
20. Go through the door on the other side of the room and follow the hallway.
21. Go through the next door which will take you under the pool.
22. To get through the pipe maze, stay along the left side.
23. Go through the door and follow the hallway to the end.
24. Go through the door.
25. Go up the steps on the right.
26. Follow the hallway as it goes right, left, and then right again.
27. Go through the door with the exit sign to exit the level.
