Level 10

  1. After dropping through the vent, go through the solid door.
  2. SWAT teams will begin to open fire on you - don't return fire just run past it.
  3. Once past the SWAT teams, you'll have a conversation with Officer Powell.  After the cutscene, head right down either of the hallways.
  4. Go through the door on the left just past the boxes.
  5. Grab the sticky note from the locker on the far left.
  6. Exit the way you entered the room.
  7. Go straight until you reach the wall, then head right down the hallway.
  8. Follow the hallway to the end where you'll reach a coded door lock.
  9. Enter the code from the note you got from the locker.
  10. Go through the door and head for the fence door where you'll find two terrorists.
  11. Go through the fence door and the door right behind it into the fan room.
  12. Turn right and head through the door indented into the wall.
  13. Go through the door at the other side of the room - the one with all the steam.
  14. Head left and go through the giant vent shaft (you will be shot at).
  15. At the end of the shaft, go through the door and then make two rights into the little corridor.
  16. Approach the SWAT guy and watch him die.
  17. Turn back and head back down the corridor.
  18. Watch for two terrorists climbing out of a grate.
  19. Go down the grate to exit the level.

Level 11

  1. Take the ladder down from the catwalk.
  2. Go down the next ladder into the hole.
  3. Exit the door at the bottom of the ladder.
  4. Head right at the T-intersection and follow the sewer tunnel.
  5. You will enter a large area with a terrorist.
  6. Go up the stairs to the catwalk.
  7. Turn the steam pressure valve at the end of the catwalk off.
  8. A terrorist will enter through a door - go through the same door.
  9. Head left and then right.
  10. Shoot the lock on the fence door.
  11. Open the fuse box and clip the blue wire.
  12. Turn around and go through the now unlocked door.
  13. Turn the valve behind the fence to raise the water in the pit room.
  14. Go back out of the fenced area and watch for a terrorist entering through a door.
  15. Go through the door the terrorist opened.
  16. Go down the hallway.
  17. Go through the door at the end of the hall and climb down the ladder.
  18. Go through the door and then follow the terrorists down the sewer hole.
  19. Swim down the hall and to the left.
  20. Follow the terrorists up another sewer hole.
  21. Pull the lever on the blue fuse boxes at the top of the stairs in this room
  22. Go back down the sewer hole and head left.
  23. Swim past the first hole and into the pit room.
  24. Climb the ladder next to the terrorists.
  25. Go through the hole in the gate and turn left.
  26. Go up the tunnel on the left.
  27. Head right down another tunnel.
  28. Climb the ladder at the end of the tunnel. 
  29. Crawl down the steep tunnel.
  30. Head left down the sewer tunnel.
  31. Follow the terrorist through the door.
  32. Go up the steps to the left.
  33. Climb the ladder to exit the level.

Level 12

  1. Go to the left and grab the ammunition and flashbangs under the catwalk.
  2. Head back to where you started the level.
  3. Go up the stairs to the catwalk.
  4. Make a right at the T-intersection on the catwalk.
  5. Climb down the ladder.
  6. Go out the double doors.
  7. Go down the ramp to the right.
  8. In the next room, go up the long skinny ramp along the far wall.
  9. Go through the door into the stairwell.
  10. Go through the door at the top of the steps.
  11. Follow the room as it turns back to the basement.
  12. Head left through the double doors.
  13. Go through the next double doors.
  14. Listen to the terrorists talking and then continue through the next double doors.
  15. Go into the door on the right to exit the level.
