"OK, why has no one said this yet? Oh well, to not have a bounty at all when u kill someone, u need to taunt them until it says "That Does It! 'Goodbye'" and wait until they swing, or shoot. even if they miss, then u can attack. Remember, wait until they swing first." - Ryan Wilson

"These are probably some rather obvious (DUH!) tips for people who've played awhile but for those newbie's of you who enjoy climbing to the absolute tallest place they can find, I found an easy way to ascend up a fairly steep slope (if it's more than 80 degrees vertical forget it) is just find an acute angle where the mountain slopes form, go to first-person, line your crosshairs right up with the seam and keep jumping up and up and up and you will usually get to the top of whatever you're trying to reach. This can be a real booster since you won't have to scour miles of foothills to find a way up. If you're using this way to attempt to ascend a rock you may occasionally encounter a glitch where you will fall straight through the rock, but you can just walk right out and try again." - The Elustrious Kobold

"if you just starting then here is the ultimate tip
create the character you desire by talking the bald bloke, if you want to level up effectively then place your weapon skill in minor skills (you will understand later). When see the other bloke look for a key and by a bowl. Opposite the office there is a door which leads to lots of goodie like moon sugar and shooma go out to the light house and look for two logs one on top of another next to some rocks and a mud crab. you will find two types of fungi, bungers bane and some other fungi looking like that (they look like shelves) after that look for some mushroom one is long and blue which and glows in the dark. the other is stout with a large dome. there all in the area so you have no excuse. the next bit is optional walk or silt stride to balamora. If you walk look for Gold Kanet, a gold flower, Heather, a pink flower which looks like a pink bush on the ground, Stoneflower Petals, a flower which looks like cross between daffodils and snow drops, and finally willow alters, there in a pink flower, there all on the path. also drop by the pelagiad shop (apposite the pub) and head for the baskets and sneak near the wall until out of sight then by the shop keeper you will find a unlocked chest inside there is loads of stuff.
carry on down the path and reach balamora sell some equipment or some moon sugar/ shooma. Pop in to the mages guild and join. Go down stairs and talk to Ajira and he will ask you to get mushrooms give him the fungi you already found and then he will ask you to ruin goldbers work. Go upstairs and place the fake soul gem inside the draw by dropping the gem inside. nick ALL the soul gems on the desk and tell Ajira you finished guild guide your self to caldera. Look for a ork house with three levels. On the second there is a pale goblin called Creeper. Sell him the huge purple soul gem and cut it down to 5000g. wait 24 hour and he will have all his money back sell him 5000 gold and rest do this as many times as you likes then KILL HIM he can only be killed by magic weapons or magic. When dead he will drop all the money and the stuff it is easy to get 400000g. in shenks shak there is a bloke who does training in blunt long sword and axe." - vampire hunter (big bad dougal)
