"When the ogre is chasing you, follow the line of Bertie Bot's Beans so
you'll know where to jump over the missing floor boards." - Nan
"if you don't know how to beat Voldemorte when you battle him you flippendo
the mirror in the middle so it faces Voldemorte and when he casts a spell it
will backfire on him. Keep on doing this until he dies." - no lies
"When tipping the columns on voldemort, stand behind them and wait while he
shoots about 5 green spells. Then he moves between the column and the mirror.
That's when you flipendo it onto him. Make sure that as soon as it starts to
fall you move because sometimes Vold's last spell sneaks under the column as it
falls.
When you have pushed enough columns on him to knock down half his life, the rest
of the columns explode and that's when you have to rely on flipendoing the
mirror. The straight spells are fast but you can dodge them. It's the slow ones
that follow you that are hard. Stay aware of where the statues are because if
you run backwards fast enough to get behind one of them the slow, following
spells are stopped by the statues. " - pickled slugs
"The Lumos challenge wizard card is in a secret room behind the large, round
stained glass window at the end of the long hall with 3 lumos rectangles. (Also
2 wall light arrangements have chests with beans.) Anyone else know of other
hard-to-find cards? I can't find all 24." - Olivander
"Gnomes are tough. Don't back up too close to walls -- it makes your view so
you are looking down on Harry's head instead of from behind him, and this makes
aiming almost impossible! Be patient as you enter a room SLOWLY (or even just
before you enter) and they sometimes don't start moving. One of the 3 gnomes in
the secret area behind 2 alohomora bush walls will eventually come to you before
you go through the second bush wall -- jumping backward onto the bridge gets you
back faster so you have time to aim your flippendo." - Norbert
