"'member, if you rename a guest Albert H (birds scare guests), try to do
it when you only have a few guests in your park, because the birds don't go away
until everybody leaves.
-Don't rename your exhibits "Xanadu" or "Cretaceous Corral" until the exhibits
have already have their default names (Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, etc.)
-you can name a quest Charlie Peterson to get "more" foliage, not all of it, and
this cheat can only be used once.
-don't get a Tricerotops until you have their favorite tree, the Savannah Grass
Tree, or they won't ever get happy. this works with other typical animals who
seem to bite the hand that feeds them.
-this isn't a cheat code, but i had fun with it; get a group of your favorite
animals (i chose Gazelles) and give them the names of your friends. try mixing
males and females and name them the name of your mother or boy/girlfriend, and
watch them have children together.
-if you want to get more and pay less, this is what you can do; make tiny
exhibits of about 3x3 or 2x4 and put a pair of a species in it. if you tweek it
properly they'll like it just as much as a normal-sized exhibit. the easiest
ones (if you first start out) are the lions, the Bengals, the zebras, the
gazelles, and the Grizzly bears. remember to put plenty of zookeepers though; if
one animal takes a dump, then the exhibit suitability will drop dramatically.
-be sure to put lots of animal houses around, because, if you haven't noticed,
some of them add to the guests' happiness level. also, put lots of observation
areas for your exhibits, because it raises the happiness of your guests too.
-raise the entree price to $100. it doesn't affect the guests atall, and with
every ten guests that show up, you earn one-thousand dollars.
-if you want to keep the guests from getting hungry, put things like pop and
candy machines in random places, so that you don't have to make fancy picnic
areas all over your park.
-if you have a problem with your guests "escaping" or in other words cutting
across the turf to other places, be sure to put fences or flowerbeds around the
paths. the people won't run off, and they'll appreciate the scenery.
-don't forget to place maps around your park; if they get hungry, and you
scolding them because you know that you've put food stalls in obvious places,
maybe your problem is that you lack maps, and the guests don't know where to go.
