"The game is basically a first-person 3D version of Red Alert and Tiberian Sun combined. It's an exhilarating experience, being able to lurk in the shadows of an enemy base with the Stealth Tank or Black Hand. I love the game, even though we only have the demo, and I've only been watching my brother play over the Internet and have never played it myself. The controls are simple, and the functions of the units (especially the vehicles) are outstanding; something I probably couldn't have thought of. Command and Conquer fans, here's your key to an all-out action-packed 3D experience!

The Internet multiplayer games include the most thrilling battle scenes I've ever seen. This is the ultimate duke-out between GDI and Nod! The vehicles enhance the action by a LOT (The Nod Buggy and Stealth Tank are my personal favorites- they're impressive :))!

As great as it may be, though, there happens to be a problem in the Internet games, as noticed by my brother and me. Almost every game he [my brother] has played has ended up freezing his computer 100%. Not even forcefully closing the program will work; you have to reboot your computer every time it freezes so bad. 

Anyway, as my brother's ownership of the demo for Command and Conquer: Renegade has extended to five days, we have experienced intense battles, especially on the cliffs near the Tiberium Fields. That, I'm telling you, is the most common location of the intense wars. Some Internet players would come along as Engineers and repair the battlers. I have heard that the Mammoth Tank, as in Red Alert, has two weapons: the cannon and the missiles. That is my favorite part about that tank. Remember, the Internet battles are the most fun!!! ;-)" - J.A.M.

"This game is quite excellent. Although the single player AI is quite dumb, there is a slight challenge and excellent effects throughout the single player missions where you you are Havoc. But that's not the point! Multiplayer is awesome with all its different features. Those GDI vs NOD battles bring memories (as well as create them)! It has a variety of infantry, and each side has different types. Vehicles are INCREDIBLE. They add lots of fun and strategy to the game (One of my favorites is the engineer rush in the APC). With several maps, this is the ultimate internet experience!  Also, you MUST get the aircraft patch. It makes 2 of the levels allow aircraft to be built and flown! MORE STRATEGY AND FEATURES MAKES IT GO ON FOREVER!  It's also wonderful how many mods and maps are being made by all the fans. This opens up new fun ways to play. If you are a Really good gamer, the single player might be a waste to you, but no matter what, multiplayer will give you some entertainment. I suggest this game to any Command and conquer fan.
