"Nowhere near as good as Pharaoh. To simple by far, slow, the game is just too easy. There is little involvement in the city as the game can be played on autopilot. The graphics are to big, so you cannot see much of the city, and cartoony. I have no idea what the developers were thinking. If they wanted to make it simpler, why not make it just like pharaoh, but with options that you could set to hide some of the complexity ? That way everyone would be happy, and newbies could gradually grow into a more exciting game by changing options settings. I went back to Pharaoh after getting half way through the missions. I will not play it again, and I might not buy another Impressions city builder. Shame." - City Builder

"I really enjoyed this game... it was a wonderful experience to be able to build your own city. The graphics are wonderful, and the game requires involvement. Not only is the game enjoyable, but you learn a lot about Greek culture and the general way of life. It gets to be addicting! I would recommend this game for everyone." - anonymous
