if you take real good care of your citizens you wont need an army because you wont
have any rebels!and no army means no overthrows (coup d'etat's)by your
own goverment,so unless you are a tyrant,despot,dictater ect.{evil}
fire them and x out the palace employment slots from the get go.
youll continue to recieve messages saying you need soldiers
just ignore them and live in peace .they can go grumble on someone
else's Island.or work for you with pointing a gun in your face
every time you dont give them a raise.its your choice
