"This sounds really really bad but to increase your parks rating you could do two things (the hardest)1.Work out the kinks in you park i.e. The litter, the vandalism, you get my point. OR you can do what is so easy. 2. Everyone that is lost and cant find the park exit put them into the water and let them drown sounds really bad but it works.
