Mass hypogrph riders till u got like 20 of them and a hero then build a bunch of ancient protectors infront of ur base and circle them with moon wells. This gives u food and stops melee units from hitting ur protectors, plus the hypogrph riders are way strong wen there's loads of them so they can hang around the protectors.
