"If you want to become a super be good friends with another sim with 5 star points.
Make them your friend at your house not in studio town as they are do not ignore because you are not as famous To do this :-
1) Make you sim happy (using the 'move_objects on cheat').
2) Make a group meal (they will stay longer if they re not hungry).
3) Switch on the T.V (they will stay longer if they have fun).
4) Call them up - if they say no the first time keep calling.
5) When they come ask for an autograph (this makes them feel important).
6) Then leave them alone and they will go get food make your sims get food as well ( they will talk and become better friends).
7) The tell your sim to watch T.V when they are doing this invite the guest to join (they will talk and become better friends).

BUT REMBER THAT IF THE GUEST WANTS TO GO TO THE BATHROOM OR EAT MORE ETC LET THEM DO THIS FIRST BEFORE DOING THE NEXT STEP OF MY GUIDE.

I know this seems a very long way to make friends but it works and if you keep it on second speed it won't take long.
