Metroid Fusion
Metroid holds a special place in the hearts of gamers who remember the
classic NES and Super Nintendo versions of the game. After such a long
wait, Nintendo had to deliver something special to the fans of the game or else
feel the backlash of their bitter disappointment. Luckily for both Metroid fans
and Nintendo, Metroid Fusion really delivers. Advances in technology have
given the portable GBA as much power as its home-based Super Nintendo ancestor,
the last system to count a Metroid game among the titles in its library.
As a result, Metroid Fusion not only plays as well as Super Metroid, it's
actually more challenging and involved than the original. Add to this the
fact that you can unlock the original NES Metroid after beating the game and you
have a great title that will please both Metroid fans and those new to the
series.
