BIT.TRIP BEAT (Wii)
BIT.TRIP BEAT is a rhythm game that brings retro action into the present, letting you use the motion-sensing Wii Remote™ controller to bounce beats. Retro visuals, classic game play, four-player multiplayer and an 8-bit soundtrack will get you in the zone and rock your world. The challenges are mighty, but if you can stay cool as the difficulty increases, you’ll discover the beginnings of the BIT.TRIP saga.

BIT.TRIP CORE (Wii)
BIT.TRIP CORE adds up to an exciting action/rhythm game that’s best played while zoning out on the tunes and letting the visuals swallow you whole. The experience is inspired by games from the ’80s, but with a modern twist. The game play is entirely new to the series, leaving the single-axis controls of BIT.TRIP BEAT behind in favor of the ability to control two axes. It’s time for some good old family fun, and what’s more fun than table tennis? Just like a real family, choose your character from a cast of four, which includes Daddy, Mommy, Sarah and Billy. There are four table tennis-tastic stages where it doesn’t matter if you’re an indoors or outdoors table-tennis player. Pick your poison from a gymnasium, a forest park, a beach or even an amusement park. Choose from Single or Versus mode, or select a minigame to play. In Versus mode, you and a friend can play against each other to see who is the better table-tennis player. And if Single and Versus modes aren’t enough, select between three minigames, which include Target Table Tennis, Thrilling Table Tennis and Matching Table Tennis. The appealing cell-shaded graphics and endearing music, on top of the super-fun game play, will have you and your family playing from morning till night. Get your paddles ready.

Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi (PSP)
Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi blends the beautifully-told visual novel, Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom, into an action-packed adventure game that's fun for those new to the series or fans from the beginning! Become stronger and more deadly as one of six legendary samurai, while you battle imperial soldiers, other samurai, and blood-thirsty furies. Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi contains two storylines where players can either follow the events of Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom or play in an alternate universe where events unfold very differently.

Jikandia: The Timeless Land (PSP)
In Jikandia, you must travel through dungeons in search of your friends. You can set the time limit for each dungeon yourself. Dungeons are altered in several ways according to the time limit you set, so no adventure is the same twice. The longer you spend in one, the more likely you’ll come across rare items and treasure chests... but you’ll also face more monsters and difficult traps. Also, by meeting certain requirements, you can unlock specific events and cause legendary items to appear. Activating the “Focus” mode will make you stronger, faster, and more powerful. Obtain magic orbs to customize your hero’s skills as you wish.

Chimaki from Guilty Gear 2 stars in this quirky platformer for the Nintendo DSiWare service. Chimaki is a tiny creature with an insatiable lust for life. Something of a recluse, he ventures out of his hermitage on occasion to seek the truth. What goes on behind that implacable face is a mystery ? perhaps even to Chimaki himself. Make use of Chimaki?s run, jump and towel attacks to collect apples, successfully bypass the legions bent on his destruction and reach the hot spring located at the end of each stage. Chimaki is a lover, not a fighter. As such, a mere two hits will cause him to expire.

Ragnarok Tactics (PSP)
Many centuries after the Holy War, the Branshaldo Empire and the Aura Republic engaged in an extended war for control of the Grantria Peninsula. The conflict eventually ground to a halt and an uneasy truce was reached, as neither nation had the resources to continue fighting. Even so, the animosity between the two parties never faded, but smoldered beneath the surface, always threatening to explode into flames. In the resulting tenuous peace, the people of the peninsula began to resume their normal lives, always aware that the war could resume at any time.
