Once a star of the professional ping-pong scene, Randy Daytona has faded into obscurity. His luck changes when he is recruited by FBI Agent Ernie Rodriguez to embark on a secret mission. Randy returns to the realm of ping-pong, only this time in a series of underground tournaments. With no rules to protect him and a menacing group of shady characters as opponents, Randy must strive to reclaim his former glory and bring the evil Feng, his father's killer, to justice.
