Carrier Command gets deployment date

An update to the 1980's classic strategy-based game, Carrier Command: Gaea Mission offers a unique first- and third-person action experience. The game features a massive environment with more than 30 islands hosting six distinct climate zones. Players will engage in a powerful campaign to gain control of a network of island bases set within the Gaea Universe. Commanders must manage their forces in real-time while acquiring and manufacturing upgrades, weapons and enhancements to secure victory over their opponents.

Additionally, Rising Star Games and developer Bohemia Interactive recently announced the mini-game series Carrier Command: Recruits, an episodic prelude to Carrier Command: Gaea Mission. Carrier Command: Recruits has players take on the role of a Technical Analyst for the United Earth Coalition (UEC) -- the protagonist faction. The story takes place right before the events of Carrier Command: Gaea Mission and requires players to unravel a mysterious plot by completing a diverse set of challenges.
