Your objective in ‘Crate 360' is simple - save as many jewels as possible! While the task initially appears simplistic, it quickly becomes complicated by crates that obstruct and prevent the collection of jewels in a progressively challenging environment. The controls are intuitive and polished: drag to rotate within the scene, and tap on crates to destroy them. While this seems easy at first, you will quickly become aware of a serious need to master your timing and strategically plan multiple moves ahead if you desire to achieve the highest possible completion rating. Featuring an impressive 220 levels, of which 100 are adapted from ‘Crate Collapse', this game is packed with challenging content to keep you puzzling for ages.
"The objective of ‘Crate 360' was to develop a game that was easy to learn, yet difficult to master", says 3D-Artist and Level-Designer, Thomas Penny. "We've created 12 different types of crates, each with its own mechanic when pressed. In the introductory levels only one type exists, while the remaining are introduced slowly over time allowing players to learn and experience how each interact and influence one another. Eventually, when all 12 mechanics are introduced in the same scene, the game becomes incredibly challenging; even we as developers find these difficult!" Thomas continues.
